Jorge has an extensive and recognized track record in the banking industry where he had important positions and global responsibilities. Working at HSBC Bank N.A. for over 9 years, where he lastly served as Global Head of HSBC Private Bank of Chile Market (based in the US), he was responsible for overseeing over $1.5 billion in funds for high-net-worth clients throughout the world and led the most significant transactions for the region’s Private bank.
An active participant in the US and European real estate markets for the last 7 years, while at HSBC Jorge was involved in many club deals with Blackstone and HSBC Real Estate Group, as well as in TSG Group’s transactions.
Originally from Santiago, Chile, Escobar began his career at Citi Group as an investment advisor; later served as vice-president of BankBoston Private Bank for more than three years and then moved to ABN AMRO Bank in Chile as the Head of Private Bank for four years.
Following 20 years of experience in the international banking industry, Jorge Escobar joined TSG Group in 2016 as Managing Partner.
Camilo Lopez has 20 years of experience in structuring, developing and selling real estate assets. He utilizes his extensive knowledge to identify new trends, areas, and opportunities for growth.
Camilo founded TSG Group in 2008. In the years following, he was able to gather the private equity to tactically acquire a total of 4,000 income-producing properties in South Florida.
An expert and visionary, Lopez has headed the development of TSG Group’s landmark projects, including both prime commercial and residential properties; as well as the acquisition of prime properties in prominent areas of Miami including the Design District, the CBD, the Health District, and the Miami River.
Camilo is from Bogota, Colombia and relocated to Miami in 1999. He was recognized as one of the “2017 Power Leaders in Real Estate” by South Florida Business Journal and is a Member of the Real Property Development Advisory Board from the University of Miami School of Law.
TSG Group’s Marketing & Communication department promotes the company’s business and manages its reputation. Along with creativity, communication and PR partners, this department develops promotional strategies and leads effective campaigns for the business as a whole.
Corporate communication represents the voice with which the company interacts with the outside world and is inclusive of communications regarding investor relations and employee development. Corporate communication is representative of the opinions, strategies, and motivations of the whole TSG Group institution.
Marketing communications is the combination of public relations, literature, tradeshows and events, advertising, web and direct response, created to inform the public about acquiring a particular project or service. A thorough marketing communication strategy is defined for each product and service offered by TSG Group.
Located in Coral Gables, BF Group has developed over 2.5 million square feet of industrial warehouses, and office, commercial/retail real estate projects. In addition, the firm has built, developed and sold more than 15,000 residences, including residential rental, residential for sale and condo conversions.
Paragon Group principals have collectively built nearly 10,000 residential units, ranging from high-rise, luxury condominiums, to urban infill, mid-rise developments, and affordable housing communities. The leaders of Paragon Group have more than 45 years of collective experience in real estate.
