Located between I-195 to the north and the Venetian Causeway to the south, and between Biscayne Bay to the east and Biscayne Boulevard to the west, Edgewater is the point of the city where Miami's most creative and culturally rich neighborhoods converge.

In early 2020, TSG acquired land in Edgewater with a prime location between the dynamic Design District, Midtown, Wynwood and Arts & Entertainment District. The company is currently conceptualizing a future development for this area.
