More than 5,000 residential units are planned and under construction in the area. The Miami River is a historic working river that also enriches the lives of residents throughout the Miami metropolitan area. The Miami River Commission works on the Miami River Greenway project, which will help improve the economic well-being of the local community by increasing public access to the waterway, supporting the maritime industry, restoring water quality and serving as an attractive destination for residents and visitors.

After an extensive analysis of the area and its potential, in 2015, TSG acquired a residential development site in this evolving and appealing area of Miami.
