TSG Group and Lineaire Group are developing Wynwood Haus, a 224-unit multifamily building with 20 floors. The project will feature approximately 5,500 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and thoughtfully-designed apartment residences ranging from studios to two-bedrooms, with oversized balconies and high-end finishes.

While local architecture firm Corwil Architects has integrated aesthetics and architectural functionality into the project, world-renowned landscape designer Enzo Enea will incorporate native plants that will refresh every corner of the building.
